DROP BOX
Payments and documents can be dropped off at our office any time by using the drop box located to the left of our main entrance. Documents submitted in the lobby drop box will be date stamped on the date received. Documents submitted to the external drop box will be collected at 5 PM every week day (including Fridays) and date stamped with the date received. Documents submitted after 5 PM, on weekends, and on holidays will be date stamped on the following working day.

| We offer in-person office hours for landlords from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 3 PM. Landlords can bring in their paperwork and receive one-on-one assistance. Alternatively, landlords may set up a specific appointment time by calling the landlord number listed above. |
