We are seeking an experienced, meticulous, and highly motivated individual to join our high-performing Housing Authority in the role of Management Analyst, Senior Administrative Analyst, Administrative Analyst, Senior Communications and Engagement Analyst, or Communications and Engagement Analyst depending on experience.
DEFINITION/PURPOSE:
Principal Management Analyst: Oversee all analyst functions. Oversee program compliance, including knowledge and implementation of laws, regulations, directives and guidance. Collect, organize, and analyze data involved with organizational and functional studies, computerized management information systems, data processing systems, administrative systems and procedures, proposed regulations, and/or preparation of budget proposals. Independently perform varied and the most complex and difficult analytical work; prepare detailed research reports and recommendations for the solution of complex problems. Develop and implement procedures and special programs. May be assigned to oversee a work unit within a department. Assign projects and supervise the work of lower-level analysts.
Senior Administrative Analyst: Ensure program compliance, including knowledge and implementation of laws, regulations, directives, and guidance. Review and analyze regulations and make recommendations on policies and procedures. Prepare and implement policies, procedures, and grants. Independently perform varied, complex, and difficult analytical work.
Administrative Analyst: Provide technical assistance to support program administration, which includes interpreting program regulations and guidelines, developing program procedures, coordinating staff trainings and evaluating program activities with a focus on procedure and workflow related activities.
Communications and Engagement Analyst: Provide technical and analytical support in the development and implementation of internal and external communications, marketing, branding, public and internal engagement strategies that expand participation in and understanding of agency programs and events, increase frequency and depth of engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance the perception, reputation, and image of the Housing Authority and related affiliated entities.
Senior Communications and Engagement Analyst: Lead the development and implementation of internal and external communications, marketing, branding, public and internal engagement strategies that expand participation in and understanding of agency programs and events, increase frequency and depth of engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance the perception, reputation, and image of the Housing Authority and related affiliated entities.

- Principal Management Analyst: $10,285 – $12,501 Monthly
- Senior Administrative Analyst and Senior Communications and Engagement Analyst: $8,868 – $10,780
- Administrative Analyst and Communications and Engagement Analyst: $8,034 – $9,766
